Coraz częściej we Włocławku przez jakiś czas nie dzieje się nic, a później raptem dwie imprezy zaplanowane zostają na jeden dzień. Najnowszy tego dowód mieliśmy w ostatni weekend. Z jednej strony duży festyn na Południu, z drugiej Jarmark Różnorodności w Centrum. Obstawiam, że obie imprezy sporo straciły na tym, że odbyły się w tym samym czasie.
