Prezydent Płocka ogłosił, że 22 września, w dzień bez samochodu, mieszkańcy będą mogli jeździć za darmo komunikacją miejską. To świetny pomysł, myślę, że można by go było powielić także we Włocławku. Wszak nie każdy ma rower, albo silne nogi, a do pracy jakoś trzeba dotrzeć.
